Associate - involves taking part in carrying out different tests to ensure we get comfort over balances. Having meetings with the client. Respoible for Premiums and Claims and carrying out all the testing.
I have a greater understading of how pensions, premiums and claims work. I have also developed my confidence being able to talk to a client using technical terms.
I think it is a great experience and I have definetly learned a lot
PwC do look after there staff, however depending on what job you are and which manager you have I think this varies
The programme is very good. Getting the experience each year is fundamental to be able to succeed.
Whilst at work, I would turn to my incharge for help and other Flying Starts.
Depending on who is your incharge, this will vary.
Different jobs have different hours of overtime. Due to overtime not being paid, I think this is very unfair for those jobs that demand a lot of hours.
Yes. The office is very friendly and have a lot of social groups with different activities always going on which is a good way to interact with others outside of your team.
Yes
It is a good starting point into finance.
Be prepared to work long hours during busy season on certain jobs, whilst on other jobs it could just be 9:00-5:30pm
