It is a well rounded, balanced year with opportunities to move around and experience any department you'd like. During the year, you're made to feel part of the team as if you've worked in the role for a number of years, as a pose to being given menial tasks because of lack of experience.
If you're able to get a role in delivery, make sure you're happy travelling a fair amount. Some of the sites you will visit can be quite far away.
