My role is comprised of making tools of various types while insuring that they are made to a high standard and to precise tolerances as well as surface finish. this is achieved by careful planning and marking out of each component as well as Maintenance of machines and cutters and a range of different techniques.
i have expanded my knowledge of mechanical engineering and learnt new techniques
it is enjoyable to expand my knowledge of the field
it is a bit disorganised and information is not always passed over in a timely manner.
the company is very supportive and try to help as much as possible where they can

it is slightly useful with some of the equations and units but a lot of the units are not relevant to my trade
