My daily tasks involves dealing with general invoicing, paying off the drivers with petty cash and sending off lombard journals. I also have responsibilities such as taking care of the safe key and making sure all the money in the safe is all there.
i have developed my keyboard skills considerably. also my phone skills have improved so i can now talk to clients in the correct manner.
i enjoy the programme because its not just about giving the students information and then revise. every session is very refreshing because we do something different everytime and everyone gets a chance to get involved and give their ideas.
we get frequent reminders of how to stay up to date with all the work and we always get support if we need a little extra help.
my manager is constantly emailing me things that i can contribute to my apprenticeship work and never leaves me in the dark if i request for help
i receive a lot of support for my programme
my training helps me understand all the different sectors within my organisation
the programme provides all different courses on top of the one i am involved in such as health and safety courses etc.
Yes
Because the classes are on the small side you get a lot more attention from the provider and makes you understand things a lot quicker.
i recommend having a webcam so you can have them face to face interactions with other candidates even though its through a video call.
