Customer service practitioner Review

Our role involves helping our customers get the best break down cover that is right for them to do this we focus on the flex types of each customers to determine how we handle them. For example if a customer comes through and they have the flex type of a loyal constructor we would want to make sure that customer really feels like they are wanted within out company. In my role I also make changes to policies. This could be changing the address or changing a vehicle.

I have learnt how to use the internal systems we use for out policies which was very complicated at first but I am quite good at it now.

I enjoy my program a lot because i get to talk to different people every day so it doesn't get boring
