  • I enjoy it a lot, I feel as though I have learnt a lot and everyone is very supportive. The work I do makes me proud as I am helping people during a difficult time

  • Really well We get work books set by Salford College and work schedule time in for us to work on these We also have a workshop with college each month

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • As much as needed, my manager is really supportive and checks on me regularly The planning team schedule us in around 8 hours a work to work on our apprentice work which is set by college

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • A lot of support, my trainer/assessor helps me and goes through work with me I will send her my work before uploading to see if I can make any amendments and she is always happy to help

  • It feels goof to know that I get a qualification at the end and I can earn while I learn I think the work done is put into practice and helps me in my day to day role

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • It is a great place to work, there are lots of benefits and everyone is so welcoming. The co-op values and behaviours are really reflected in the office. The team are always helpful and approachable

  • To do your research, look at the company values, behaviours and history Think about the different umbrellas of the business Be aware the interview may be a video or skype interview Prepare
