I have learnt different set of skills regarding managing and motivating people and also how to be cost effective when running a business
My different trainer has never kept in touch or informed me of my exam results. The trainer whit whom I spent most of my time learning was not a motivating as he cancelled most appointments at last minute and never checked on my progress and support I needed .
During Covid-19 pandemic, my program has been put on hold. I had far too many different line managers to deal with apart from one manager none provided any support
