Planning and delivery of projects across the food business with the aim to improve efficiencies, reduce costs and improve the business model.
Collaborative working across business functions, academic theory and how to weave this into daily work activities.
8/10 - struggle to balance the workload at specific times with normal work balance but generally very enjoyable
Variable - generally managed well, however as the apprenticeship provider does not have influence on work balance, sometimes degree/work can become congested
Tutors and module lecturers very attentive during sessions and had good contact from them outside of scheduled time as well
Very well, can always find a relatable work example to bring the academic content to life
