Yes, it’s a change of career for me so I’m learning new things all the time, but they allow you the time to learn and don’t drop you in the deep end

I really enjoy all the aspects of my programme, meeting new people and continually learning new things

The programme is very well organised. We have all our study days planned out for the year and know what we are doing

The support I receive from my supplier is great. I get all the time i need for study and help is always available

The support from my training supplier is always available. I can message them whenever and they always get back

Most of the topics we cover are a real help to the role and some I feel I will need further down the line

Unfortunately with COVID there isn’t much else available but that’s no fault of my employer
