Managing a team of 6 ensuring tasks are complete to a high standard, absences and holidays, investigations and disciplinaries. Managing stores orders to keep our stores stock up with products. Stock accuracy and availability.
I have learned how to build relationships, manage people, communication, project managing, finance. How to manage myself and my work load. To be the best Team Manager I can be.
I really enjoyed doing the programme, it gave me the opportunity to learn how the whole depot work on a daily basis. I also enjoyed working with other Team Managers and took in alot of their experiences.
I structure so well organised and each month flowed through the previous month so it made sense.
Support was always on hand if and when I needed it.
I received all the support I needed, she was only an email away.
I am better with building a relationship with my team, managing people and time and communicating with them.
I think the getting together at Manchester was fantastic as we could discuss how we are all getting on with the apprenticeship and we can share our experiences and help each other if anyone had any concerns or were struggling.
Yes
I feel the COOP is a fantastic place of work and they fully support you if and when needed.
