my role as an electrical design apprentice involves working on drawings and reports to ensure that they work towards output. my day to day basis involves working on drawings and day release to college 1 day a week for a HNC
I have learnt a plethora of new skills that will help me progress through my apprenticeship towards coming out of my time as a fully qualified designer
i enjoy my apprenticeship very much, the team i am currently on is very enjoyable and makes me feel very welcome
my programme is fairly well organized and structured well, it makes me feel that i am able to complete my apprenticeship to the best of my abilities
my employer gives as much support as they think necessary but if more support is required it is available to me
support is readily available whenever it is needed but not forced onto us by any measure
i feel that my qualification ensures that i can progress in my role as much as possible
