Project manager for a large international change program, focusing on the flight operations and training aspects of the business.
I have learnt some good skills around strategy and financials relating to business.
It is enjoyable, although for a Master's level apprenticeship isn't too difficult. I was expecting it to be more challenging and cover some topics in more detail.
It is well structured and organised but the communication of what we have to complete and when isn't clear at times.
I get a lot of support from my employer when I have lecture days or an assignment upcoming.
I would say the topics are good and cover a wide basis of useful content. I would like them to go into a bit more details for it to be more useful. The content seems a bit basic for MSc level.
Not during a pandemic. A lot of people feel very disconnected during this time. Our team do have occasional social calls which helps.
Yes
It is a great business to work for and there are endless opportunities in a wide range of areas. Overall the business is very supportive and treats their staff well.
Babcock is a place that is more about the people than anything else. They will hire the people that are right for the position, regardless of who is more qualified etc.
