My role is to assist clients in obtaining Trade Credit insurance. I work in a team of around 10 people within the London office. It is still early days so a lot of my day to day work is training and learning, however I am now involved with a client.
I have learnt communication skills, both over the phone and through email. I have also achieved a qualification as a Certified Insurer.
I really enjoy my programme - I think there are so many different opportunities made available to us as graduates, which extends our role and responsibilities outside of the day to day job. Everyone is also very welcoming and friendly.
Well structured.
A lot, very supportive and understanding of the apprenticeship work that we have to do outside of day to day role.
Good amount.
More understanding of the business, products and protocols, and also the language.
