I am currently working as a service improvement analyst. I work heavily with data, databases and visual dashboards.
Yes I have learnt an incredible amount of new skills. From new programming skills to improving soft skills like team working, presentation and communication.
I enjoy the programme very much.
The programme is very well organised. We have multiple support networks, ensuring the programme follows a specific structure and we are supported along the way.
I receive lots of support. I also have access to multiple support networks, allowing me to seek support for specific things from the right people.
We have weekly lectures and have access to email our lecturers too.
I feel it helps very much, especially when you begin to specialise more.
There is opportunity for apprentices to be involved in a multitude of extra curricular activities. We are given the correct support and time to balance these activities with out day to day roles.
