I work in the core tissue culture lab. We culture live cells for distribution to other people on site. I make up media and aliquot media components to freeze as well as culture cell lines each day.

I really enjoy working in such a supportive environment.
I've found everything so far to be well organised, other than a slight issue with communication between the uni, however AZ side was very proactive and kept me up to date.
My manager is very supportive and keeps regular meetings about my progress. i also have study support for my dyslexia which aids my study.
of the tutors that i have dealt, i have found them to be very quick to reply to my emails and are more than willing to reply to any questions i ask
i feel that it helps give context and understanding to the work i am doing
