I really enjoy this programme and I feel very lucky to have had these career opportunities at such a young age.
It is well structured. I think sometimes as an apprentice I prioritise workload over uni work as I want to support the team. Once I shared this issue with my manager I am now much better at using my uni days to stay in control of my modules.
A lot of support
Many of the modules are helping us to both understand theory but also apply it to projects in our workplace.
I have been involved in the GES wellbeing network which I enjoy a lot. I would like to know what other social activities/ sport teams are available at work and I'm not sure where to find this information.
Yes
It's a great place to work and I feel very supported here by my team, manager and the university.
Have a look at AZ's values as a company and their company goals. Try to align yourself with these with examples.
