Working on the fibre network out in the field, rodding and roping ducts plus pulling in cables, installing mobra brackets/frames in junction boxes.
learned a whole bunch of new skills including: rodding techniques, installing fibre network equipment, lifting junction box covers safely, setting up workspaces.
I have been enjoying learning about the fibre network and look forward to continue developing my skills and knowledge.
From my experience it has been well organised/structured with no issues to report
I have received great support especially as I reported that I have been diagnosed with dyslexia. Even though I have not needed the extra help it's good to know that it is available to me.
I've had lots of support when working towards my apprenticeship in regards to my qualifications.
I understand the need for my apprenticeship which will give me the skills to get an engineer qualification.
