I enjoy it but feel that i could be pushed more to do a bigger range of tasks.

The programme from sheffield is well structured, the dates are known in advance and what is expected is well specified

I haven't received an awful lot but I intend to make a gap analysis plan with my employer.

A lot, they are available when needed.

Make sure to be organised in the application stage and to understand what makes you different. Even if you arent from a construction background, it is good to focus on your transferable skills.
