Associate - involved in an audit team as a junior member, completing all the work a first year university graduate would carry out, carrying out various different types of testing across most areas of audit
Various new skills have been learnt through actively particapating in audit and through the challenges of working in a challenging environment
It is enjoyable as it is challenging
PwC have made students feel very welcome as a member of the company, PwC have gone out of their way to help students settle in and fully integrate into the business.
The programme is organised very well, help is given with accomadation and there is a clear support network
Support from training provider could be improved to better prepares students for the challenge of audit
Support has always been available from the employer
Salary meets costs well because accomadation is paid for, this would be different if accomadaiton wasnt provided for
Yes there are many opportunities available with PwC outside of work

It is a business that has shown a willingness to help teach junior members and help them grow and reach their potential
