    • I’ve developed my talking skills and teamwork and I’ve learnt plenty of new skills such as using specific tools to complete certain tasks

    • I enjoy my programme to a large extent, however, during the past year it has been very difficult to actually enjoy as we have been completing a lot of work and also being stuck at home

    • It’s organised most of the time, however, whilst at resource group there was not a lot of structure or organisation at all

    • Plenty of support

    • Not a lot, I would like more help when working towards qualifications.

    • The qualification will allow me to learn the key skills needed for my role

    • No, I would like to take part if there were any but due to covid it has been difficult

    • They are a great company to work for and care about their employees

    • Make sure to study hard right from the beginning so that you don’t have to worry about exams and retakes further down the line
