Studying for modules, completing tasks in the workshop and hangar
I’ve developed my talking skills and teamwork and I’ve learnt plenty of new skills such as using specific tools to complete certain tasks
I enjoy my programme to a large extent, however, during the past year it has been very difficult to actually enjoy as we have been completing a lot of work and also being stuck at home
It’s organised most of the time, however, whilst at resource group there was not a lot of structure or organisation at all
Plenty of support
Not a lot, I would like more help when working towards qualifications.
The qualification will allow me to learn the key skills needed for my role
No, I would like to take part if there were any but due to covid it has been difficult
Yes
They are a great company to work for and care about their employees
Make sure to study hard right from the beginning so that you don’t have to worry about exams and retakes further down the line
