I am currently in the role of formulation but will be moving to a more chemical analysis based role. Some of my day to day task currently involve formulation, calibration of certain equipment and ordering of vehicles and compounds.
My knowledge of lab skills and formulation in general has increased greatly. I will continue to develop these skills and some new ones as I have my job rotation opportunity.
I enjoy this role very much, I especially enjoy working in a lab environment as I find it very interesting and the work is enjoyable. The team have been very supportive and I would be happy to voice any concerns I have to them.
The structure of my programme was somewhat disrupted by the events of last year, however this cannot be helped. I feel well supported and I am looking forward to new opportunities in my rob rotation.
I feel well supported by manager and my team and I know where I can go for help.
I am well supported by my tutors and there are easy ways to contact them for support. They also reply in good time.
It helps to reinforce the practical knowledge and back it up. It also gives a wider understanding of the job and the industry.
Covid has prevented a lot of the social activities. however these have been replaced with numerous virtual social events.

I have had a great experience with the company and have learnt a lot. It has also just been a really nice place to work.
