I deal with customers on a day to day bases I’m cross trained with a in multiple job roles in the pub Serving and dealing with complaints and working on the tills so money handling
Yes when working and doing my training alongside I have learnt the Ins and outs of different laws and rules that I didn’t know before now I have great understanding of them
I have enjoyed my training it is easy to follow they are very helpful and supportive the help and resources that are provided are fantastic.
The program is very well organised I knew what was coming next and the structure of it works very well
My employer was very supportive they give me the time to complete my tasks and help to fit meetings in with my Life time Trainers
My training provider was always available if I needed help or support when working towards my qualification

The company is very laid-back there is a lot of training and support provided
