Food preperation, shift leader, food order and stock counts, due dilligance and customer feedback.
Ive learned different cooking techniques and styles to cook and present food, and learned alot about food safety, communication and what people eat with religion, allergens and vegatarians.
To the full extent, loved all of the training and work ive been given.
Because of covid its been on and off but its all been worked out and is easily rectified.
All the support I need is given when I need it or ask for more.
Ive been given all different learning types such as mock exams, online and face to face training.
By leaning things that I wouldnt orignally know to make or know, its brilliant .
Not at the moment currently but there are plans in the future for these activities.

Get the learning and the knowlage to do the job correctly before starting the first shift and always ask questions if in any doubt of anything.
