Running daily reports and reconciliations and providing support to other associates on systems used within the department.
I have learned presentation skills throughout the apprenticeship which is something that I didnt have beforehand. Also training skills and I have learned a lot about contract law and business law
I have enjoyed learning new skills and pushing myself to do things that I wasnt comfortable with before embarking on the apprenticeship
It has been well organised and structutred throughout. I also had to take a break in learning at one point in the apprenticeship and this was handled very well.
Premier give me the time I need to be able to complete the tasks and exams etc that are required as part of the apprenticeship
Davies have been very good with me throughout the apprenticeship. I always get an answer when I ask questions of the mentor and they were very accomodating when I needed to take a break in learning
I have a much more detailed understanding of credit control and some of the legal side of things than I had before the CICM qualification
There are several different social groups and charity activities that Premier actively encourages its staff to get involved in wherever possible
Yes
They are an excellent employer, they treat their staff with respect, fairness and a personal touch that you wouldnt normally find at such a large company.
Premier is an excellent company to work for, a good example of this is that, throughout the covid pandemic, they have bent over backwards to accomodate staff at both the factories and the offices in ensuring that staff are safe and arent forced into anything that they arent comfortable with. I would say be yourself and they will accommodate you as best they can!
