My role involves me fault finding and fixing problems with the virgin media network in people's homes. This can be internet television or phone services and ca. All require different skills too fix. Its very rewarding and every day is different. I am really enjoining it all so far.
I have learned several new skills while in my role because you have to have a in depth knowledge of the requirements that the virgin media network needs to operate. We pride ourselves on following the same steps to get the best service to our customers to ensure they get the service they pay for
I enjoy the programme lots. Every day is different so its never boring its also customer facing so you can engage with all sorts of different people and also you can really see the affect your work has on their lives. People rely on their media now a days and we make sure it stays up and running
