I thoroughly enjoy the programme and is the best decision career wise I have made. I have a fantastic support system in place from my training providers, line managers and mentors for when i go to site. The training academy is amazing with a varied programme, great teaching and great benefits
The programme is very well structured, i have an overview of all the training i will complete over the 3 years, i no exactly when and where im meant to be, when im away at the academy and on site. National grid provides a fantastic level of support to its employers, all the training staff and managers are easily accessible, theres a great mentoring system to help you through the course. Overall every staff member will help you in anyway if you go to them with a problem. Theres a great attitude towards the development of apprentices
My training provider provides me with a fantastic level of support when and where its needed. The training is provided in a way that is easy to understand and learn, however if there is things we struggle with or need help with they are there to provide us with extra support, one to one tutoring and general guidance
