My role involves internal communications; sending out emails and comms to colleagues to improve engagement and our success as a business.
My presentation skills have increased dramatically, as part of my role is presenting ideas or talking to larger groups of people. My creative skills and ideas have also increased, as much of my work is formed around creative ideas. Writing skills have been improved since starting my role.
The programme has been extremely enjoyable considering the circumstances of Covid. The tutors at university and all colleagues have been hugely supportive and communication digitally has been great.
The programme is extremely well structured and organised. I have never felt confused or unsure about what is planned for me or how things work, in both work and university.
The support is fantastic and I feel like I can speak to my colleagues openly and ask for any support.
The university is very supportive and we have bi-weekly calls with the tutors and cohort to speak openly and gather feedback/support.
The course is helping me understand the theoretical side of the job role, as well as gaining deeper insights into that area of work. I feel that I am gaining skills in uni which I can then take into the workplace.
We have an internal fitness page where colleagues can join a group on STRAVA.

The support is amazing and there are endless opportunities. I have been told since I started at CEVA that there are always doors to other areas of the business and opportunities that are available which is fantastic, as well as room to grow and improve skills.
Keep an open mind and understand that there is always an opportunity to continue learning. Don't say no to amazing opportunities.
