Very well structured - we were invited to a training programme, are sent out information about once a week and are kept in the loop through a group whatsapp.
We are encouraged to participate and set up volunteering activities.

They taught me everything I needed to know and more! I never feel out of my depth and feel that they have prepared me with all the relevant skills and information for my duties. Everyone is so lovely and I have made some good friends through the programme.
Do your research, specifically on the company as this WILL be asked at interview. Having conducted interviews as one of my duties, we look for confidence, an upbeat nature and someone comfortable in helping others who seem more out of their depth than themselves.
