Learnt a lot through the Telecommunications apprenticeship, I personally think its a great way to kick start a career, boosting your knowledge about the sector and giving you the advanced knowledge while you work as you learn at the same time.
Everything I learnt about this role was new to me, as I came from a customer service background which is similar but the role it self was new as a engineer, splicing, cabling all new skills which is now added to my skill set
