At the moment I am working in a pneumatic workshop where I am servicing and repairing grinders and some other equipment
Yeah I have found that I have learned quite a lot on the job as well as helping me further develop skills
I do enjoy it, the placement I am in at the moment can be repetitive, however we switch placements every 3/4 months to a different section where we can learn new skills
I believe it is a very organised apprenticeship and well-laid out
I receive a good amount of support if needed from my employer
I receive a lot of support from my training provider through my lecturers
Learning the theory and then putting it into practice
I believe there are socials to get involved with but being new in the company I have not given it too much thought
Yes
Good experience, learn new skills, good salary, good qualification at the end of the apprenticeship
Stay on top of NVQ work and make the most out of each placement, some may be boring but you can still learn new techniques and skills
