  • I was working as a teaching assistant mainly with year 3 children I supported children in the class one to one and in small groups. I would prepare lessons for the teacher.

  • I have learned to support bigger groups of children managing some difficult behaviour. I have more understanding of the curriculum.

  • I enjoyed the programme alot gained new relationships and skills.

  • The course was well organised and assignments were regularly marked and feedback given.

  • I have received alot of support from my employer through training and supervisions

  • I received alot of support as changes were made to my end point assessment due to illness.

  • The qualification has given me more knowledge and understanding of my role and what it takes.

  • Yes we went on some training and social events.
