My current role on the apprenticeship is studying at Macclesfield college for this year. I am not on-site at the minute.
I have learnt many new theoretical skills over the course of my apprenticeship due to me taking part in the college course. I have also developed my workshop skills by doing an NVQ qualification.
I am currently greatly enjoying my programme.
The structure of the programme is logical and easy to follow.
I receive all necessary support from my employer.
I receive large amounts of support from my provider. From all my lecturers and learning support.
My qualification gives me a greater understanding of engineering processes, which in turn allows me to be more effective in my role.
Due to my lack of involvement on the worksite, my exposure to extra-curricular activities in the workplace.
Yes
They are an excellent company to work for, with a very well rounded course and ood support from all sides.
Don't be worried, just do the best you can.
