managing a team of fleet coordinators to keep customers vehicles safe, compliant and road worthy to be on the roads as well as controlling costs that are incurred for this.
learnt all fundamentals of fleet compliance and also passed national and international CPC, company will help and support with any training requirements.
some what enjoy the training sessions, dont feel all sections can be relatable to our business
some what organised more near the end, had 8 skills coaches in first 7-8 months
some wupport where needed but not given enough off the job time to carry out
near the end of the course i have recieved a lot more support from my skills coach
more of a guide than a qualification
