Admin role including managing various of data bases, inputting data, contractors management, supporting engineering teams, safety and environmental, purchasing, maintenance scheduling. SAP PM data input and invoice resolution. Data collection/reporting & support of site processes. Support the team in preparation work for audits and projects. Minutes taking. Filing, archiving etc
Yes, I have learnt about project management, more about my company structure and culture. I have improved my time management and organisation skills.
Yes, I did enjoy it. Especially that administration was ever a part of my education.
it is well structured in general.. but I suffered a bit with going through 4 different tutors during my programme which I found very distracting and demotivating at times as well.

As mentioned in previous question having 4 different tutors didn't help with working towards my qualifications. One of them was new to company and he was learning along with me in terms how to run and manage my programme.
The qualification gave me greater understanding of the company and my responsibilities within my role and built up my confidence.

Yes
Because it is a family and friends orientated company, with high salaries, with very good apprenticeship and development programmes. Very much employees driven company where all have equal opportunities.
