Connecting customers from the Cbt to the property, installing a csp and ont and getting them connected to super fast Fiber
I have learnt lots of new skills like splicing for example
I enjoy the work and can understand it quite easily
I feel it is well organised I haven’t had any issues
I feel I have had the most support I could have received
There’s always someone to contact and willing to help you out if you need help
This qualification improved my understanding of my role and helped me improve as an engineer
Our team is going for a paintball day soon and there are to be more team bonding days in the future
Yes
I have never had an issue with BT and neither has my Parents so I don’t have a bad word to say about them
Go for it! It’ll be the best decision they make.
