My job role will involve maintaining, repairing and fitting assets on various substations around the Staffordshire area.
I've learned a lot about the equipment I will be working on and health and safety in the workplace. I have also developed my engineering knowlege.
I very much enjoy the course content however covid 19 has restricted are ability to put our knowledge to practical use
extremely well organised even with the constant changes due to the pandemic
It allows us to understand each asset much better giving us a much better understanding of our job as a whole
there are networking events but very little social activities for employees very much self facilitated in that respect even when away training it is very restricted
