I work in the new talent team within HR, we deal with school engagement, work experience and attracting and selecting all apprentices and graduates into the company.
My confidence and resilience has grown since starting this new job in the pandemic and having to adapt to new situations.
I enjoy my programme alot, I find it interesting as no two days are the same and there always fun projects to work on with the ultimate goal of helping young people find work and skills to attain jobs.
