Look after residents, improve their wellbeing, helping them to eat and improving hygene standards.

Communication skills have developed a lot since starting this course. Confidence in helping and communicating with others. Becoming more sociable with colleagues.

Always has been supported by her employer. Very happy to provide help and support to complete the apprenticeship.

Paragon have supported me from start to finish. Personal tutors have always been helpful and understanding when I have not understood something.

The qualification is very relevant and has massively supported in growing my confidence and ability performing my job.

There are some activities which have reduced because of the pandemic.
