Sales with customers ranging from upgrades to downgrades and explaining billing and arranging callbacks if issues arise.
Throughout the apprenticeship my conversation skills have developed aswell as gaining experience in sales which is an enjoyable new skill.
Have definitely enjoyed the programme from the start have been fully supported throughout and had lots of great opportunities.
Organisation is great, fully supported and clearly planned out days with scheduling to follow throughout the day.
Support is second to none, full support from management aswell as support from other more experienced team members.
Support from the training has been good and work has been clear with set time frames and expectations.
Gives myself more confidence in my role as it solidifies what i’m doing in work and gives me a qualification.
There’s is plenty of volunteering available and extra activities available to even new staff.

All round fully enjoyed so far with great support and training aswell as good rate of pay and brilliant opportunities.
