Managing compliance training on site as well as providing support for capability training. Supporting CI projects as well.
Lots of tangible business skills such as data analysis as well as people skills.

At start there were a few gaps but it became more structured over the years.
Lots of support from a variety of people
Training provider had many gaps and was probably the weakest part of the program.
Towards the end of my program the skills became more transferable into my role but there are elements I feel I do not use.
There is a sports event most Fridays as well as team events that line managers organize.

Development and progression, lots of hard work but is very rewarding when results are achieved.
Absorb as much as you can about how Nestle operates and it is different to other businesses. Look for areas of improvement and never be afraid to share your idea.
