I enjoy learning new things to grow into a better and confident person and completing my role the best of my ability. I have gain alot of new knowledge through self learning and the portal was engaging by having different information, styles of learning to support all leaners
Very structured with the appointments and what needs to be covered. All the information is also displayed on the portal
I feel supported, however would be great if there was more skills day with all the leaners, a time to engaged and shared ideas/ example of evidence to make you feel more confident
Very supportive and available at all times via email & call. Any issues my leader will act on especially with technology issues being reported efficiently
It is a lot of self learning - you have to push and motivation to be in that mind frame - be great if there was more engaging workshops to recap the modules to gain further confident and a chance to gain rapport with other people on the same course
