I feel like i have gained more knowledge from my previous role and gained more knowledge in this role i am currently at. using my previous role skills and converting into this new role will help me achieve where i need to get to

powerpoints and discussions - useful information and not in bulk. plenty breaks and time to get the info needed.

very organised. helped me gain knowledge and details of what i need to do next in this role and what to prepare for

i feel like i have received alot of support though i do feel there could be more support else where with other situations within the company.

alot of support has been given. alot of information and details have been given so if you are not sure we can always go back to the details/infomation given and catch up

it makes me feel more confident in the future, i feel like i can go anywhere and progress in future A/N
