I build email and PUSH campaigns using HTML code. I build, test and design them and send via an email platform.
Yes many. I have learnt how to code in HTML and how to edit via CSS. I have learnt 4-5 different platforms and worked out how to build, test & design.
I'm really enjoying the programme - especially because it will help with my progression to become a manager. I have been a manager before, but never had the qualification and theory to have as evidence.
When I began it in 2020 it was organized. But Covid issues have postponed it and now with the Learning and Development Team only back at 50% working then it has been delayed in getting on with the time missed.
I play a crictial role in the TUI where I manage the CRM crisis comms for Holiday Change and cancellations. This is now a very important role in the company and sometimes I haven't been able to work on the apprenticeship as much as I would have liked to compared to before COVID. However, I'm hoping that will change going forward.
Before COVID we have a lot of support. I would say the programme has only been started up again for a month since the L&D team back at 50% working. However, it has been a bit difficult to get things marked quickly and get the scheme back on track
The qualification is helping me to realize I do a great deal of management activities every day and by answering modules and off the job trackers it helps to theorise that into paperwork and show it as evidence for progression.
Yes plenty of opportunity to get involved in off the job activities to improve social interactions and professional networking events.
Yes
I love working for TUI. They try and retain staff and offer training and development to help you progress.
I would say be ready to have fun and work hard. But if you do you will succeed at TUI and won't be looking at any other employers.
