I am now on purple shift and shadow [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions]. We maintain lines 1,3 and 4 and also the syrup room.

Yes

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my time at Britvic a lot, however college is a drag but its necessary and so I accept that it is what needs to be done.

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well structured, although I would like to get involved in more training and courses.

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

A lot.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive help when needed. due to being on hnc the help is supposed to be more limited however I receive more than enough.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I don't really feel that I use that much of what I learn at college, at work. I feel most of my engineering experience and knowledge comes from on the job work.

8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes, but due to covid there hasn't been much recently.

Yes

Brilliant company to work for and they look after their employees.

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Britvic?

Get some experience behind you because its competitive. The standard is high but the rewards are good.
