I manage an internal sales team, who sell educational resources for FE Colleges
I have learned so much during my apprenticeship I didn't know I was lacking. Project Management Leading and dealing with a team daily Dealing with Change Management Marketing Research and anaylising skills
I loved my Degree Apprenticeship, each term we had new modules to work on as well as a Self Managed project, which allowed us to pick a subject we wanted to explore and were able to link that into our job role
Very well organised. There were slides to refer back to, we had an eLearning platform to allow us to track our progress. The Tutors were fantastic and it was encouraged to get involved during seminars
A lot. Extra time off of 2 hours per week, during submission periods, I was given extra time off to study. Each apprentice was allocated a mentor and a senior management mentor which was invaluable
Pearson College London was fantastic. Every tutor was willing to take the time to explain when I didn't understand and I was able to meet once a week face to face, which PCL encouraged.
I learned so much, I have taken a lot of the knowledge back to my role and have created clearer more efficient processes within my team. I have also become more confident and no longer fear taking on new projects
Yes taking 2020 out of the equation. Christmas Party Summer BBQ The team get-togethers at least every quarter

Pearson is a great company to work for, the main thing that stands out is their passion for Ethnicity, inclusion and anti racism. Pearson are always happy to invest in their staff and offer a huge portfolio of resources for those who do not want to undertake an apprenticeship. All training offered by Pearson is paid for by the company.
Definitely do it, I have worked for the company for 15 years and every day I love coming to work.
