I’m an openreach engineer and my job role is, to fit fibre boardband to customers properties.
I’m learning new skills all the time, which is helping me in my new job role. It’s also helped me develop my existing skills.
Everyday is completely different and throws up new challenges, which I love to problem solve out thing’s out.
Very organised, I know what I’m doing and when to do it.
I have all the support I need, which is fantastic.
I get all support I need and if I need any help, all I have to is ask.
Without my qualification, I wouldn’t know where to start, it’s going to help perform so much better in my role.
