I am a lead care worker. I assist my services users with every day needs, such as personal care, medication administration, diet routine and daily activities.
I have developed my personal professional progression. I have learned in depth about safeguarding, local authorities, policies and procedures and studied national regulation standards.
I felt very supported, I had all the available material sent to me to help with my programme. I achieved my end goal easily. It was an enjoyable process.
My programme was very well structured, I have enough time to complete all my work and practice for my end assessments.
My employer put me forward for the programme. They were on hand to answer any questions or provide information.
All the help I could need. My training assessor went above and beyond to help me gain my qualifications.
It gave me a more in-depth understanding of my job role, it gave me confidence to to help train other staff and further my career, aswell as provide better care to my service users.
Just training courses and sometimes charity events.
