  • I am a lead care worker. I assist my services users with every day needs, such as personal care, medication administration, diet routine and daily activities.

  • I have developed my personal professional progression. I have learned in depth about safeguarding, local authorities, policies and procedures and studied national regulation standards.

  • I felt very supported, I had all the available material sent to me to help with my programme. I achieved my end goal easily. It was an enjoyable process.

  • My programme was very well structured, I have enough time to complete all my work and practice for my end assessments.

  • My employer put me forward for the programme. They were on hand to answer any questions or provide information.

  • All the help I could need. My training assessor went above and beyond to help me gain my qualifications.

  • It gave me a more in-depth understanding of my job role, it gave me confidence to to help train other staff and further my career, aswell as provide better care to my service users.

  • Just training courses and sometimes charity events.
