Day to day I am taking on and progressing in projects that benefit my team and also participate in team meetings. Some of these days will be Classroom days that are full days of education.
I have further developed my IT skills in a variety of ways as well as my teamwork skills.
I prefer the day to day work more than the classroom days as they allow me to contribute and feel more part of a team.
Very well organised.
I was given a lot of support but was not overly supported as I was ability to say when I needed support rather than it being mandatory.
Good support they try to help as much as they can and are very accommodating
