Involves lots of team work involving the clients. Working on making sure their investments are exactly to their specification. We make sure all clients are receiving information on how to change their investments if needed and work with wealth managers to do so.
I have learned lots of skills including communication in a corporate world. I have become much better with excel as my team uses it quite a lot. Coutts / Natwest offer so much training that anything you want to get better at its very likely you will be able to.
I enjoy the programme a lot I think its very well ran and I have two mentors one my age who has just completed the programme and someone from the Apprenticeship provider so I feel very supported as well.
It's very well organised clearly showing what to do next and any questions you have two mentors so it's never a problem to ask.
I am very supported from my employer I have been very well trained and feel apart of the team. Everyone I have met have been great and I can say anytime I have a had a question it has always been answered well
Every piece of work is marked and told on how you can approve the work before finally submitting, you receive a lot of support at every moment its a very good system in place.
The training given definitely helps in my role specifically and I have already learned a lot that I can use in my role.
At Coutts they have lots of extra curricular activities some of the "formal" clubs are more for the older adults but people still go out and socialise and do team nights.
Yes
My Apprenticeship has gone very well I have been supported in every way and it is an area of work I am passionate about. Coutts are a very good apprenticeship provider who will help you in your career and want to make you the best you can be.
You will get the ability to do lots of additional training, if your able to go for it!
