I've developed on my Public Speaking / Presentation skills as this was something I struggled with, but now I have completed a few presentations whilst on Programme. I have learnt new Project Management skills whilst on Programme also which has really helped me.
I didn't really enjoy my Programme if I'm being honest. I felt that there were a lot of issues I faced whilst on Programme with regards to the organisation of the Programme for example, that caused unnecessary stress.
Structure was great, however the organisation was disappointing.
My employer was very supportive throughout - received extra time to complete apprenticeship work when needed and always had my Study Days as agreed.
My Coach was very supportive, she was always around to answer any questions or help me with things.
I think the things I have learnt whist on Programme will help me in the future, for example the Project Management techniques will help me if I ever get involved in a Project in the future.
Plenty of Charity work & volunteering, classes such as Yoga and other Wellbeing classes, plenty of Leadership & career planning network events and other networking clubs such as the Women's network, the Rainbow (LGBTQ+ Network) etc.
